- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Excellent service given by the staff. Special thanks to the Manager Tabrez and his team member Kaushik for making our evening more wonderful. Highly recommended to take suite room and enjoy the happy hours. Lovely ambience and food service. Enjoyed a lot.

Mesmerizing Stay at The Park Kolkata
We were visited at The Park Kolkata on 20th and 21st June 2024. It was a pleasant place to stay. You can get all the amenities over here. The staff hospitality is really Awesome. The price is also reasonable. It is located at the central hub of Kolkata that is in park street. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at The Park, yet again! Full marks to the excellent hospitality extended by the Front Office staff, Mr Pratham, Mr Rohan, Ms Koko and during my previous stay by Mr Nitin as well!
A special mention to Chef Vasanti - her magical hands at creating delicious and sumptuous delicacies and her warmth at receiving me and other guests sure adds a great unforgettable personal touch! Her entire staff at the buffet breakfast are very attentive and ever ready to assist in ensuring you enjoy your meal each time!
Needless to add as it's obvious by now, that this hotel is my most favorite place in Kolkata!
